I’m a conservative looking for answers from politicians that clearly are far from conservative. Just because there are very few conservative politicians however, does not mean that they cannot implement conservative ideas into policy. Conservative policy makes the most sense, even if liberals, progressives, and others don’t want to admit it. These progressive politicians are mostly in the ‘game’ for themselves. For power, for money. If they believe an idea will help get them more power and money though, they’ll push it, but their default is liberal progressive ideas and pandering. They must be forced to make better decisions and put their lust for power and money aside, or they should be put aside themselves.
Change needs to happen, and it needs to be profound and in the correct direction, not just “change, for the sake of change” that put us on this collision course with progressive socialism.
